Casa De La Ermita Idilico Special Selection Red Wine 75 Cl

Description

Made with selected Monastrell and Petit Verdot grapes. Aged for 13 months in French and American oak barrels. Garnet red color. On the nose it develops tertiary aromas of undergrowth, broom and mineral memories. When moving the glass we observe that balsamic notes and white spices, cloves and cinnamon appear. In the mouth we find a dense, concentrated and fruity wine. At the end of the mouth, elegant but present tannins appear, leaving a final sweet sensation with memories of chocolate. Pairs with red meats, sausages and semi-cured cheeses. Serve between 15 and 17ºC. Denomination of origin: Jumilla, Spain.
