Jaume Serra 75 Cl Pink Cava

Description

This cava is made under the strict traditional method, in which the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, it ages in the perfect conditions of cold, tranquility in underground cellars for a minimum of 12 months. The Trepat and Pinot noir grape variety has been used. This Brut Pink Cava is raspberry pink in color, bright and clean with a fine, abundant and persistent bubble. It is presented in the nose with good aromatic intensity, very fresh and fruity. In the mouth, the red fruits stand out, giving freshness, amplitude, liveliness and good acidity.
